Type HTDL is a robust conduit with a galvanised steel core and a thick, smooth PVC cover. An integral grounding copper wire (till 1.1/4”) provides EMI / EMP shielding for cables that require electromagnetic protection. Type HTDL is UL & CSA approved and is used to protect cables on machines, equipment, enclosures and installations exported to countries outside, but also inside Europe. The conduit is used on transformers, paper-recycling machinery, internal transport systems, air-traffic-control systems, UMTS systems, oil & gas installations as well as the apparatus-building industry and equipment in hazardous areas.
